Ever wondered what Froyo-or even possibly Gingerbread or Honeycomb-would look like running on a 10.1” capacative touchscreen with slide-out keyboard? Well, now you don’t have to. Here’s the Asus Eee Pad Slider / Transformer. This Tegra-2-packing tablet with keyboard is kind of a big deal. 1080p HD video playback, 1280x800 screen resolution, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, HDMI out, USB 2.0, and 1.2MP front and 5 MP rear cameras should keep your hands (and tongue) busy until its July or August ‘11 launch. We just hope they fix the little bugs like a flexing keyboard and slider issues seen at CES. Rumor has it that engineers are hard at work to fix at least the latter of these two small issues, but for $676, lets just say you’re going to get your money’s worth.
